sofisticate-bath.jpgAfter an exhausting day your body might need to be pampered and distressed in order to get a good night’s sleep. You should ideally take care of your body days and nights. Properly sleeping at night, allows the body to rest and replenish. There are a few things that you can apply to maximise the relaxing  process. Few tips for evening bath:

While preparing a soothing and warm bath, feel free to fill your bathtub with warm water mixed with chamomile and lavender that will smooth and calm the skin. Ideally, you would lie in the bath for 30 minutes; allowing your muscles to release the tension held during the day.

sofisticate-bodymilk.jpgUsing essential oils as moisturizers is the thing to do when considering alternative products to our skin with very few chemicals. Sesame, avocado, primrose and sweet almond oil, which are all-purpose oils, are efficient in treating some of the most intense skin conditions like eczema or dryness. Grape seed, cocoa butter, peanut oil and apricot kernel oil are specific to massage blends, enhancing the skin if used as active stimulators. Olive and macadamia nut oils are found in many creams and body milks as they are highly concentrated and expensive, excellent to moisturize a skin after the sun or during cold months. Jojoba and hazelnut oils are ideal for combination to oily skins as it regulates the “T zone”. Going back to baby products is also an option to consider if your skin is sensitive, you just need to be aware that you may need to mix the baby milk with an essential oil or glycerine.
